    haha no doubt..ive seen entire war movies with less gore than that.
    doesnt look like they really changed the story much..rambos changed his ways, again...given up his gun for a humble life of steelwork only to have his mutha****in world flipped upsidedown when some innocent blood gets spilled and hes the only guy left in the ****in world hardcore enough to clean it up. which he does with his trusty knife thats been impaling the threat of terrorism for decades, a couple machine guns, and about 500 clips of amo that we'll assume drops from the sky when they are needed.

    They will probably clean up the movie a bit for theatres and then sell the "uncut" more graphic version on dvd after. I'll see it when it comes out next May.
