Motivation
Have been thinking lately when times are hard, when you just don't want to go back into the gym or diet what keeps you guys going? If you have any good motivational tools post them or share them/

Well ***ending on your diet//workout think of the things to come... ie; I'm bulking up right now so I'm watching those pounds add up week after week, month after month.

You keep on doing it week after week, come rain come shine, until it doesn't become an option anymore , but an addictive habit...like smoking
As for motivation, I just look forward to that one hour when i forget the world exists and the peace of mind that comes despite all the pain...and the satisfaction of knowing that I can have the discipline most people will never come close to.

I have lost all motivation so I have no input. This poem is pretty cool though-
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road your trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and its turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about
When they might have won, had they stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the victors cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when your hardest hit,
It's when things seem worst that you mustn't quit!

Don't take for granted what you do have. Take advantage of it while it's available.

I'm sorry, I failed to remember that the song from that video had the "J-word" in it. My deepest apologies.
For those that were not able to see the video, it contained a man and his son performing a triathlon. The only catch was that his son is handicapped so his dad endured the entire triathlon while carrying along his son. It's an amazing video and story of "Team Hoyt".
