    Star Wars Episodes 1-6 in HD back-to-back

    CinemaxHD is showing Star Wars Episodes 1-6 in HD back to back on Friday, May 25th. It starts at 3pm and ends at 4:30am. None of the films are out yet on Blu-ray or HD DVD. Set your HD DVRs to record!

    HBOHD is doing the same line up just on a different day. So you'll still catch the entire run.

    episode 1 is my least favorite as well. the empire strikes back is without question one of the best movies of all time and i could watch it every couple of weeks and not get tired of it. i wish lucas would make 7, 8 and 9 but as far as i know he is not. at least i think there are 3 more chapters in the saga in which han solo and lea have children and they become jedi's but i might just be full of hogwash and i don't even remember where i heard this. maybe some of you star wars gurus know if this is true, i'd like to know.

    I heard somewhere once that Lucas originally planned for episodes 7,8 & 9 but I don't think he's going to make them now. I mean, have you seen Carrie Fisher lately?

    lol! i agree. how could she look so hot sittin there next to jabba the hut turn into what she has? time has not been kind to her.
