    FASTT patch

    I sprained my ankle and came across FASTT patch, says it can heal a sprained ankle in a week. I am wanting to heal ASAP for football http://www.weilab.com/fasttpatch

    i was playing football and my right foot, outside part rolled to the right. Last time i sprained it like this took 4-6 weeks to be able to function properly again

    Might as well give that stuff a try. Couldn't hurt. Hope ya get better soon. It sucks being out of football, then again, its only summer training. Just take it easy so you don't mess up anything further...
