Check out this guy's "body building" progress
Sorry if this has been posted before. I searched and couldn't find anything on it. I saw this on digg.com a while ago and wanted to hear what you all think. This guy got pretty damn shredded in the beginning but got kinda soft down the road as he bulked up. He says all natty and I don't doubt him. But 4 years?!?! That's some dedication because I honestly wouldn't stick with it for 4 years straight without better results than that (in terms of lean bulking). I would have given up after seeing my BF go back up. So props for him for still bulking.
Sorry for posting the link- don't know how to attach the pix directly.

Hate to rain on your parade, but all those pictures are fake.....
If I did think it was real, Id say his progress sucks for 4 years.

Don`t think this is fake though, could easily have been real.
Okey growth.

I don't know if it is real or not, I have no real basis for comparison and no expertise in the area, but he does seem to get younger as the pictures go on... In the first 4 pictures his face looks about 15 years older than he does in the others...
If it is legit then good on him. Can't fault the guy. Even if people have made better gains than he has you can't knock a guy for improving his body.

I believe that is John Stone. He has his own fitness forums and I think that they are real.

They are photo shopped. Like someone said look at the facial expressions. Also in the last 2 rows where he is getting bigger the skin color on the head doesn't match the body. Not saying all are fake but the pictures where he is getting bigger are.

the shape of his smile never changes EVER, and his head looks identical like positioning and smile and the wrinkles, they all look the same

the guy is totally legit, his name is John stone. His website has alot of great information. towards the end he was working with swolecat to bulk up. His website has a ton of other pictures where he isn't trying to make them all look the same. If he heard the comment that he is fake I am sure it would be a great compliment.

The most impressive thing about it is, his first pictures look like the ultimate computer nerd, the type of guy you would think genetics cursed. He is the man, he worked it.

pics look pretty fake and if they are real it isnt that much of a big deal. He went from looking crap to mediocre. Not great for four years work.

Fake His hands are in the same position in just about every photo and the skin tone directly above and below his pukka shell necklace is different

So what of the hands?? He probably took about 20 photos each day and then just used the ones that were the correct pose. I doubt they are the ONLY 13 pics that he took and just happened to stand the same.
