Tore my Achilles - Need Help -

I tore my achilles playing basketball on Monday night. I had surgery yesterday morning to repair it. Complete tear, left foot.

Obviously, I'll be off my feet for a while now. I plan on lifting upper body, abs, ect. whenever I can begin, but the real help I need is nutritional. My wife can and will provide whatever food I need.

I've been eating nothing buy naked tenders from Buffalo Wild Wings, dipped in standard hot sauce. I will not get tired of the same thing over and over, I just want some suggestions on how to eat for the whole summer basically, because I'm going to be a worthless couch potato for a couple months.

-What are some foods that I can eat all day long and not worry about getting fat?
-Should I supplement protein, or is it a waste since I can't lift for a while?
    -What foods would you eat?

I refuse to drink anything besides crystal lite and water, maybe diet Ice tea. And I don't need any cheat foods what so ever. I HAVE to keep this as clean as possible.

Help me out guys, I know this is the best place for this advice.

Currently: 5'11" 220, muscular but on the heavy side. 25 years old, just got done losing about 15 "sloppy" pounds. My lifts (were) pretty good for an amatuer - 300lb personal best bench, straight bar curls for sets of 10 @ 135lbs, I'll spare you the squat numbers since my next squat might be in 2008!

Just make sure you get enough lean protein sources in your diet. I tore mine before but I was 14 so getting fat wasn't an option. I just ate ice cream and other junk food without gaining a pound.
