what if i told you that all conversations transmitted are monitored for key word groups...
and once a certain score is met, you are moved into a "watch" catagory, then an investigation can begin on you..
cell phone convos are easier to monitor as well..

Yep thats why most d dealers use code words with buyers, like when a buyer says I'll be there in 3 1/2 minutes they're really asking for an 8 ball.
..at least in Newark this is common.
Again I'm not 100% sure about the key word groups and how much that violates our contitutional rights (because that implies they're monitoring ALL phone calls, whether by machine or actual humans once the tap is made) But I also think customs searches on mail are a violation because it states mail must be OVER 30 grams and a warrant needs to be issued but so often customs inspect packages UNDER 30 grams w/out warrants at all.
I just hear SOO much different shit from so many different people I'm not really sure whats true and whats not anymore.
