yeah.. she does 15min of cardio after she lifts.. . its on the TREADMILL INFRONT OF ME (i know i put my self behind her) and i watch as she goes up to a GRADE of 15!!! so steep it makes her ass cheeks REALLY ROUND OUT NICELY! (very HOT.. no dimples or cellulite!)

it makes my cardio go by SO FAST!!!!!

I actually notice simply deepening your voice and taking on the serious masculine type role works simple enough.
Ask him a stupid question about what he's doing (even if you already know) Talk about that subject for like a 1/2 min and act like your SOOO interested in what hes doing. But timing is key. You obviously dont want to do this when hes doing some shit like bench press.
THAN ask them how they know each other. Its a perfectly logical question at this point.
If he says BF, you can just tell them both "well it was a pleasure to meet you " and leave. (after tapering out of the conversation first)
