    gyms in long island?

    Hey folks, havnt been creepin around here much and wont be able to for a bit. just bought a house and started to paint and take care of things like that. then i got a call that i need to go a business trip to long island and will be there for about a month or 2. currently belong to a planet fitness, is there any out there? or what are my other options? i believe i will be around lake grove area. this sucks because im in the middle of my current cycle. any help would be great.

    Bev Francis Golds Gym. Lots of guys who compete train there and when the pros are in town they train there.

    ok so i did a little bit of research. the place carlos told me sounds like a great place to go but its about 40 minutes from where ill be staying. there is a planet fitness 3 minutes away from where i will be staying. ill be going there because of the ease but would def like to make a trip out to that other gym during my time out there.

    dan boyle is a nice guy...I met him at my LI show... he beat me in the open & masters...twice he got first, I got 2nd. nice guy.
