Bodybuilding Videos on the Internet

Just wondering what are a few good titles to look for on say Kazaa or winMX.

I already have Ronnie Coleman's the Unbelievable and one of the Arnold tapes...

Other videos like "the Unbelievable", daily-schedule-type-deal?

are you gusy dl'ing them and burning them onto cds to play in your dvd players??i want to see that ronnie coleman one, but if i dl it onto a disk can i play it on my dvd??obviously i'm computer illiterate, that's why i'm asking,haha.i'm not even sure i can dl it, but my gf's little bro knows about all that shit

I have Ronnies video also, i got it burned to a cd. So i can watch it in the computer or tv if i use a tv card. For DVD you need some sort of program or DVD burner, not sure.

I'm just downloading the videos and watching them on my computer...

I suppose you can rip them onto dvds or vcds though.

You can rip them to a disc but unless you have a DVD burner ($500) you'll have to make them VCD. Check to see if your DVD player plays VCD's. If it's Sony then it should.

NTSC just means that you can play it in North America. Europe has a different code: PAL. Anyways, get a VCD from somebody and see if it plays.

i downloaded pumping iron and its the best modivational thing i own. I COULDNT wait to get in the gym this morning.
