    Favorite *healthy snack???

    what is your guys/gals favorite healthy snack???

    this is mine, its not to shabby on the nutrition facts and tastes great!

    PB&J!!!

    -2 pieces of eziekel bread (160 cal/1g fat/22 cabs/8g protein)
    -1 tbsp(and a half roughly) natural peanut butter (100 cal/8g fat/2g carb 7g protein)
    -1 tbsp.sugar free jelly (10 cal)

    totals= 260 cal/9g fat/24g carbs/15g protein)

    a tasty snack.lets hear some of yours!

    Anyone who eats rice cakes, they have a GI value that is sky high. Might as well eat sugar. They are a horrible throwback to the governments knee jerk reaction to obesity in the 80s-90s when they misinformed us that fat was EVIL. Fat free snacks became very popular, funny how no one lost much weight utilising them though.....

    I remember that fat-free craze all to well. It wasn't possible to walk up and down the isles in grocery stores without seeing fat free everything.

    I thought it was funny how people would buy fat free cookies and eat a ton of them at a time thinking they wouldn't get fat on them. LOL!!

    The new craze is trans fat free, even though most things on shelves that say trans fat free didn't have any trans fat to begin with
