Today, at Gold's East Tokyo, I was doing legs. Anyhow, I had finished hack squats, followed by squats, and was doing leg press. Anyhow, I wanted to use light weight, full range of motion (rock bottom - feet to buttocks) and strict movement to burn my quads. I did a warm-up set with 225 and then threw on another plate to each side (315). I was on my 13th rep and suddenly felt a sharp pop followed by pain on the lower right side of my ribcage. I separated one of my ribs! I almost sh!t myself pushing the damn thing up in order to lock it out.
Then, as I was gimping out of the gym to head home and to the hospital, Gold's was showing some "Road to the Olympia" video in the lobby. I stopped for a second to watch and the camera went up to a door. Craig Titus answered! D'oh!!!
