I know some of you here are very creative and artistic. Sooooo....I need some help. I am awful in that sense.
Anyways I wanna get a nice Tattoo on my right Bicep with the words (only the Latin Part):
Potius mori quam foedare --- "Death before dishonor"
Anyone got any cool idea's as to what I could put around it etc....So that it's not just wording?

Well this is my first one. So I'll try to describe what I'm picturing.
Old English lettering, with some design above and below to kinda make it look like an oval on my bicep. I'm thinking that would be good but I'm gonna have to look into kinda what that would look like. I'm trying to view some pix online.

Heres just an idea of one.
Doesn't make an oval, but can get it on the upper arm.
And you can have "Potius mori quam foedare" wrapped around/in the snake.
Kinda hard to explain, lol, but im sure you get what Im saying. Im still looking and thinkg of more

I take it you're in the military? If you go to military.com and look at the tattoo section, you can see tons of cool ideas. I'm not saying copy someones else's, but something may spark some interest.

You can get vines with thorns wrapping around which is something a friend of mine did. Idk really for designs around lettering.

im actually going to school to be a tatoo artist...but ive only gotten as far as sending in my portfolio and paying tuition so i wouldnt be confident enough to draw you something up..but i would go to a tatoo shop and tell them exactly what you want..they will play with the idea for you and come up with something

iv only got pure clean words on my body,they dont age.
mine are in celtic lettering,slightly shadowed.pictures look sh*t after a few years..
patterns stay,
