Automatic subscription to threads posted in?

Wasn't sure where to post this, but I suppose this could be the right place.

Is it possible to subscribe to every thread you post in without having to do so on an individual basis? Reason being, I'm looking for an easy way to review the threads I've posted in.

I posted this in the "One on one with the staff" forum and got no response... Any ideas?

Click "User CP" / Edit Options / Default Thread Subscription Mode - change to Instant Email Notification.
