    Exactly, which is what I said...IF your into competing powerlifting events, or doing strongman, then sweet go for it. Id rather look my best and be healthier too, you cant tell me those dudes have healthy hearts man, thats just too much damn weight to be lugging around, without being lean, youur heart cant handle that shiiit....whatever, its the never ending battle between body builders and power lifters. I just didnt want to be put in the same category as the guy who started the thread, I was saying the exact opposite actually....who cares if you can lift more than those "big guys," wouldnt you rather look like them then come on a discussion board and brag about your DB curls.

    its been over 90 here for the last 3-4 days spent one day at six flags in thier water park,went to Hampton beach the next day and then today six flags again uggg!I was already tanned up i work construction outside everyday but damm i got burnt all over again
