pizza is a balanced diet if you eat whole wheat crust healthy cheeses and topping... carbs/fat/protein...

well for me its 2 cans tuna on 5 slices homemade spelt bread(like wheat) prot-60... fats-4.... carbs-100 no flavor but good fuel

It varies a bit... but something like this

oj,oatmeal w/ skim milk, 5-7 egg whites(All Whites brand) breakfast

deli type sandwich for snack-brunch ex. spicey turkey and monterey jack cheese w/ oat bran bread

Lunch- is wide open for any big meal... balanced meal...like pizza or steak and mash and greens

then a P and J for another snack....

usually my workout then my PWO ....skim milk 8-10oz 2 scoops of muscle milk or the like 1 1/2 scoops of dextrose some flax seed and some oraw rolled oats

then dinner i'll have fish or chicken with greens and and smecottage cheese before sleep.....

then it starts over...
