i haven't been in a "fight" for years......after 8th grade no one was ever dumb enough to lay a hand on me again.......and now i guess i just walk around like billy badass and have enough size to back it up

back day today. i think im going to try that variation on the deadlift where you rest the bar on the rack like right below your knees. helps concentrate on the back more. takes the legs out of the equation.

If you're relatively young and built and pretty much not an asss face, you WILL get laid! Now if you actually have a personality and can hold your own in an intelligent conversation...oooof! They be lining up!

i wouldn't waste ur money on masteron unless you were cutting.....that stuff got STUPID expensive and everyone on MD was telling me (dunno if i believe it though) that it's useless to run it longer than 4 or 5 weeks....
