this is in response to what you said about havin the fina around and not doing it.
well if we get the fina, then just keep it in pellet form and it will be less of a urge to shoot it. cuz you will have to go through the whole process of making it. i know thats what ill have to do. even though im sure ill make it the same day i get it. lol. i have will power. but not when it comes to juice

sometimes though i feel bad cuz i can see the potential you know? like i'll see a girl who's obese or whatever and entirely unattractive due to it....but sometimes you can see that if she was skinny she'd be very pretty.....makes me sad that they wont make the effort.

well i do it at the beginning of back day and pretty much just pyramid up by plates......135 warmup.....225.....315 and so on till i can't anymore......i do alternate heavy weeks though......so i don't always get up to 585 or more...sometimes i'll stop at 495 and do like 4 reps instead

yeah thats what i have been doing primarily, on non heavy week i will stop at 315 and burn out a couple sets and then back down to 225, pretty much what i do for shoulder shrugs also

yea sometimes i wanna take huge leaps lol....never done that with social skillz though...............thinkin bout that thing with a fatty i think that would be deeply satisfying lol........help them achieve their dream body that they never thought they could have and be able at the end to show her how attractive she is at the end of it.....i dunno i'm weird.
