O its a nasty thing from over at t nation i think is where it started. It is liquid diet: 5 Protein shakes a day, fish oil or salmon oil, flax seed caps and some milled flax seed. Also a fiber sup.
I hear some guys going from around 13 and 14 percent bf down to single digits with 0 muscle loss over the month. if you wanna check it out just google velocity diet.

not my scene, I'm 10%bf and that's plenty low for me. I'm more into bulking.

O yeah do light weight high reps 3 days a week and a walk every day i beleive. I havnt recearched a lot yet?
