Shit I wish I was at 206 lol.... I just cant seem to get below 304 ugh its getting on my nerves.... I am dieting doing cardio and weight lifting like crazy yet my weight seems to go up instead of down.. I started at 290 and now I am up to 304... I know its not fat cause my clothes fit more lose than when I started but just that scale number ugh

thanks for the comment.... makes me feel better when I read those kind of messages.... makes me feel that I am doing the right thing and its just my body that sooner or later will just shit out the fat lol.....
BTW on a side note on week three of my workout routine while doing my crunches i notice that I have less defuilty doing them.... woooo hooo....
