I actually got a good workout in today.
I'm tryin to drop 5lb's, those 10 days post op without working out fukked me up. I'm at 206lb's now.
In Miami you can't find a BAD cuban meal.
Shit I wish I was at 206 lol.... I just cant seem to get below 304 ugh its getting on my nerves.... I am dieting doing cardio and weight lifting like crazy yet my weight seems to go up instead of down.. I started at 290 and now I am up to 304... I know its not fat cause my clothes fit more lose than when I started but just that scale number ugh![]()
I think that bag of Oreo's didn't help either. OK get honest 3 bags.

thanks for the comment.... makes me feel better when I read those kind of messages.... makes me feel that I am doing the right thing and its just my body that sooner or later will just shit out the fat lol.....
BTW on a side note on week three of my workout routine while doing my crunches i notice that I have less defuilty doing them.... woooo hooo....
Its gonna be a couple more weeks till I can do my sit-ups with the 45 lb plate on my chest. I really miss that!
