here is how i make them...

its one can tuna 2 egg whites and half cup oats but i make enough for the whole week,

big ass bowl and put 5 cans tuna 10 egg whites and 2.5 cups dry oats, one onion, half a red and half a green bell pepper and i add Mrs dash season to it. you can make patties out of it but i put in a cookie pan and cook it in the oven until the top gets a little darker then i pull out and cut into squares and eat one for breakfast everyday, temp is normaly 350 for 30 min then check it out.

my other two meals pre workout are normally skillet tuna,

put quarter onion in a skillet cut up for about 2 min then add can tuna for about 3 min, mix it all up good then add two egg whites and let cook for another couple min with cheese on top. add a little a1 and it taste like the cheese steak sandwich meat i think. PS i don't put cheese on anymore cause I'm cutting but it still taste much better than reg tuna.
