Why do you guess hes a mod on a different site? Was he a mod here?

He was never a mod on here and I guess he liked to cross the line from time to time, but I'm not sure of the exact reason he got banned.
And one of the old school guys that posted in one of them "I'm back, It's been a while" threads mentioned that he was a mod on a site that the guy now belongs to or runs or something like that.
