No, I believe that he is taking way too much for his size in the first place, B12 from what I was taught in nursing school basically has a ceiling, your body will naturally produce X amount and then you can only utilize a maximum amount. It would be optimal for you to get blood work done first and see what the therapeutic levels are. I personally don't think that ANYONE would need more than 400-500mcg EOD MAX!!

you won't really notice a difference...it's not like that but right away it will start affecting your body...i think its levels peak around 1hr post administration and will be in you for like 11-12hrs

I would it's not one of those things that more is better. If you don't naturally have a deficiency which most young people don't you really only need to supplement a couple hundred mcg's. I know there might be some people that disagree but when you have blood work done there are "therapeutic levels" and with B12 having an over abundance isn't going to help like when you have an over abundance of testosterone .

I'm not trying to knock anyone, I'm just saying that you don't have to waste as much, because in the end that is all that will happen, is you will just pee it out.
