    I'm eating lunch now which consists of chicken breast(boneless skinless) brown rice with 3 different peppers and onions, and a sweet potato(baked).MMMMMM whoring and eating......life is gooood! lol

    in reality the affects should be very fast acting. i feel a fuller pump with in 48 hours. then more effects after that. the stregnth and weight gain and such. but 5 days tops.
