went to the dentist yesterday... for the first time in 11 years!!!!! hahah

and the dentist was amazed. i have no problems. i even still have all 4 of my wisdom teeth in. no gingivitas (spelled wrong) no cavaties. nothing. she was flippin out. she kept sayin, "amazing. you have great genetics. after 11 years i was expected alot of bad stuff, but theres nothing wrong"

and all i drink is water. almost 2 gallons a day. i dont drink soda, juice or coffee. so all that water helps wash your teeth all day

nah i aint scared. lol. i mean i have looked at them. but only as thumbnails. so i gotta download them and really open them regular size to get a good look. but yes, inky is right. you have a decent build under there. its just going to take alot of work to get to it.

BTW I made the mistake of weighing myself last night after I worked out at the gym and ugh the damn scale says I am 314 now WTF... I got so fustrated I didnt even did my steam room session and I just took a shower and went home all I thought on the way home was "what am I doing wrong?" why did I gained those 10 LBS? I got to me really bad but fudge it I am still going to the gym tonight.
