i was taking 150 a day t3 and 120 clen, not sure about my body fat thought, i just finished this 13 week cutter and i weight exactly the same as i did when i started so i droped a lot. i will add you as a freind and you can see my picture album i took a couple weeks ago. im going to add another set of pictures after pct so i can see the dif

I actually believe in cheat days, your body gets used to a low cal diet and then if you throw an off day in there every now and then, it will typically shock it and you will experience more weight loss.
