+1...i usually don't even measure out the dressing..i just put enough on to make it taste good LOL

I read it was not good.... dressing stuff does have sugar and fat in it tons of it.... so check into that if I was you and more since you are trying to cut too.

screw mayo!!...i eat this stuff now...its half the calories and fat of mayo...about the same as lowfat mayo actually and its got some extra goodies in it

I can live without mayo that why I dont use it at all... trust me bro... I am trying to cut hardcore here.... my food has no mayo or nothing like that man... it sjust the plain breat with veggies and if at all I will put some picante sauce since I know that chili helps in fat burning.... other than that my stuff is pretty much simple....

I've been going non stop for the past year almost. Just went through my period where I wasn't eating anything, so I can't go to the gym knowing i'm just going to pass out when I get there from not eating.

And now I'm on clen and feel like I might have a heart attack doing cardio.

get an i-pod shuffle. It's the bomb for the gym and running and stuff. I have the big ipod too but my little brother gave me a shuffle for christmas. I lost it like three months later. So I bought another one the same color so he wouldn't know. This weekend I found it between two peice of paper in a notebook on my desk. Now I have two...not sure that's a good thing.

Yes that is her.... I feel bad for her, her Body fat is much bigger than mine.... poor thing, at least she is trying to do something about it and not just sit in front of the computer or TV eating.....
