Actually I would reccomend FedEx, we had UPS before and there lost and damage rate was way higher than FedEx also at UPS more things are stolen from the same UPS drivers than from FedEx. Thats why FedEx is a little more expensive than UPS.

We have had no problems with our claims when something is lost, stolen, or damaged with FedEx

well every state is different here in PA UPS is the best .and this is what i do for a living. im a manager of a warehouse where all we do is ship and recieve. we use all the companies too. UPS FED DHL. and here, ups is the best. especially if its valuable.

but who knows how canada is.

You must of not put the right discription when you shipped it that will be the only time that they will freak out and they will most likely not pay you back.. also was it packaged right? Lets say if it was glass and you just shipped it in a regular box with no bubble wrap and all that stuff and stated fragile then yeah they will not pay you for that since it was your responsiblity to package the package the right way.

Very true Abbot... every state is different... I am in CA so for us at least for our company FedEx does a much better job than FedEx also they were ripping us off on the discount and rates they were giving us...

I do the freight cost anaylsis when it comes to selecting shipping carriers and trust me our FedEx is dirt cheap.... and our claims % has drastically lowered.



But yeah... when it comes to Canada god knows whats safe.... MOOSE EXPESS lmfao....

yes it was. It was in a plasma tv box packed great. It looked like they ran ot over with the truck when it got her. All i got was my shipping money back. Thats even after appealing it

Plasma TV it must of been a small one because if im not mistaken Plama TV's are shipped using LTL carriers and not Partial Shipment Carriers.. At least thats how I would do it since a Partial Shipment Carrier passes all of the boxes through conveyers and an LTL Carrier moves there freight around with forklifts or pallet jacks so people are more careful.

Yep lol our Above Swimming Pools always ended up missing or in another state lol.... Along with our Air Matresses and shit like that lol.

Well you cant judge them by just once bro... You should see all the shit we would get from UPS .... ripped boxes and stuff like that... once we got the box back and when we opended it was empty someone at UPS had taken the above ground swimming pool out and they taped it back together and send it back to us. How messed up is that.... in the mean time we had the customer on the phone telling them that it had been misplaced and that we were going to send a replacement back to them.. This time we shipped it FedEx and it got there in no time.
