But even if they lie to you.... isnt an email just another form of getting to know each other..... so you are telling me that back in the days when people wrote letters to each other and waited days for a reply with the perfume smell all over the letter it didnt count because it was inpersonal and it was just people writing something that they wanted the other person to believe...... Please inlighten me on this one guys.

I'm saying that if soemone just writes something. You can turn what they wrote into something bigger then it really is. With out seeing or hearing what emotion is behind it its easy to do. Just like people take things the wrong way on here

hmm i could see this but there are things that aren't lost in translation.....and i for one don't just idly say things and make up feelings i feel.

Yep, doing HVAC, which is why I'm never really on. We're thinking about starting a geothermal business. We have to go to a few seminars in Florida and Minn. in September so we'll see how it turns out.

Yes true.... but again.... what about pre computer (email era) how did people communicate with eachother remembering that not everybody had access to a phone line also.... It would always be through letters.... So some people still believe that writing letters (emails) back and forth is a form of communication.

I think any form of txt is subject to interpretation by the reader. Even phone calls are not as important as time spent together. But I'm guessing there were more e-mails than phone calls cause ruhl is an introvert.

the longer the message / email is the better the chances are that you will loose the message you are trying to send .

I had a girlfriend who i was friends with for 5 years before we were dating. 1 night we were texting for soem reason she couldnt talk at the time. the texted turned into a fight. Which was our first fight, the next day when we talked it wound up we both missundertood something and had nothing to be mad at. Just misscomunication

Ok if she is signging LOVE YOU like with in the first three or five emails then yeah..... RED FLAG but if the LOVE YOU didnt come around until months into emailing each other then she could of really meant it. I really dont know the whole situation I am just going based on what I have read so yeah I could be wrong.

Any way of communication is easy to miscommnicate bro... not just emails. even phone calls can be easy to miscommunicate. After all we are just Humans and we are not perfect.

Maybe she did have real feelings, I don't know ruhl, for whatever reason after knowing you 6 or 7 days she gave you the boot, so something wasn't working. Time to move on.

I am single..... so I can text to anyone and email to anyone that I want lol.... yes I do get the text messages that say the I MISS YOU or some other sweet talk. Before I would of been all happy and with butterflies in my stomach but I have become more blunt and less hopeless romantic so now when I see that I just reply back saying .... Ok or thats nice of you thanks... thats all.... I have become more of a " DONT TALK ABOUT IT. BE ABOUT IT" kinda person.
