FYI: I been going to the gym every night since last week... and I am loving it. I think I am becoming an addict to the pain lol..... Cause last night I was in pain big time while doing my flat flyes and the pain actually became a good feeling and it made me keep on going and I actually ended up doing more reps than I had planned.....
