Well Im going to do my new diet similar to the 1200 one that you sent me.... I just learned that the "cutting Diet" is not for "weight loss" people... those are two completely different diets..... so I was eating more than I had to.... now I need to drop my cals to 1200 a day....

Bro im a 6'0 304 dude... my body fat is high and I really need to gert rid of my fat. I am not like most of the people in here that are solid or have 20 or 30 lbs than what I should... I have around 100 LBS that I am over.... Do you see why I need to get rid of the weight. I have been doing the "cutting diet" for the past two months and I have gained weight instead of loosing the weight. I went from being 290 back to 304 and now 308. I know that I been working out all this time but come on you cant tell me that all that weight I have gained is must pure muscle?

are yo doing cardio mex? I think you need to be on a 1200 calorie diet and do more cardio that weight lifting

1200 calories in food and then 2 shakes a day which is an extra 400cals is plenty for him
Sometimes, I only eat 800 calories a day, i'm alive
HE WEIGHS 300 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!! he should start off at around 3000 - 3500 calories and slowly scale it back as he loses weight, that's the only way it'll work.....well effectively anyway
i just ate some turkey chili...i know its not that great for me but its got protein

Yes I currently do 45- 60 mins of cardio in the theradmill in the AM on an empty stomach. then at night I go to the gym and do an hour to hour and half of weight lifting and crunches. Yes, that what I was told today that I need to be in a 1200 calorie diet. I am currently on a 2220 calorie diet .... and I have lost crap I actually gained.
putting someone on a 1200 calorie diet in one fell swoop is probably damn near as bad for your system as the binging i did after my contest prep.....nothing, including metabolism will be functioning very well
last week i only ate once a day...just cause i couldn't afford food...i ate raisin bran and thats about it...i felt fine haha..actually i worked out harder and lasted longer...and i started losing weight..now this week i feel like i'm growing around the stomach
ONCE AGAIN....... I AM FAT NOT SOLID MUSCLE. I do not have low digit bf% I am fat fat fat my BMI is maybe in the 40s not in the freakin 15% 10% like most people. I am not trying to go into comeptitions or nothing like that. So therefore I dont need a "cutting diet" I need a "weight loss/ fat burning diet"
