3000 calories is entirely too much! Geez, we can't have a convo without Ruhl interrupting.

This will be my last reply to one of your messages... I have had a good source who was also obese like me tell me that 3000 cals was just too much for me and that if I kept on eating 3000 cals at day I would hit back to my original weight in no time which is so true. Therefore... I am going to following his wisdom more than yours.... You cant even go out and seek professional help and get some damn anti's because you dont believe in meds yet you shoot yourself up with roids.... no thanks bro.... you are not the kind of source that I would like to get my advise from.... Thanks for the offer but I will get my advise from normal people that have been doing this for more years than yourelf.... and trust me the guy who gave me this advise is very well known in the site and has many people go to him for advise...
Maybe you should do the same thing and listen to the advise that people give you.
sup hoes, about to go hit them weights but I'm stopping in for a quick whoring

NO problem.... but yeah I was told that 3k cals and even my current 2220 cals a day was way to much for me and that I would never see my weight drop down.....
1200 cals a day
45-60 intense cardio
1-1.5 hours of weight lifting 5 times a week
that is going to be my new life there.... !!!!
THANKS KATZ
Are my peeps beefing today??? I mean can't we all just get along

Damn looks like I picked the wrong time to start whoring
i'm not gonna keep my mouth shut here......if you're rmr was even just 3000....that's 3000 cals you'd need to maintain just sitting around.......and your doing cardio and weights on top of it.....so the cardio on your frame should burn about 600 cals or a lil more in an hour and the weight training a lil more prolly 800
so if you ate only 1200 calories a day that would mean
3000 + 600 + 800 = 4400 calories burned
4400 - 1200 = 3200.....so you'd have a 3200 calorie deficit EVERYDAY.......now if your metabolism wasn't in starvation mode on that the math says you'd lose 3200/3500 = .914 pounds a day so in a week you'd lose 6.4 pounds....and that's not realistic
My ears were burning!!
I always saw just do what works for you and after a while if its not working try something new! Thats how I've always done it. This is something that everyone should enjoy doing and not make it so serious. Thats how Arnold and Ronnie looked at it. I mean they had some pretty good results I guess
Not much mex just trying to gobble down this chicken and sweet potato and go lift some weights!! Whats good with you bro
I beg to differ with you my friend. I can tell you this....I went from 330lbs to my current weight 200 lbs, so I have actual experience with weight loss. He cannot keep taking in 2000+ cals a day to lose weight. Maybe a pro bb'er will do that to "cut " in the last week or days leading to a competition. There is a big difference in cutting and weight loss for someone who is obese.
Mex is NOT bodybuilding , on the contrary he needs to shock his system to initiate the weight loss that he desires. I bet that he can lose 10 lbs in a week following his new diet!
i wish this storm would go away
Inky it's pointless, Ruhl would argue with a fvcking rock
I know I saw that I was kinda blown away by that little amount. I take that amount in probably in my cheat meal. But do what works for you bro. Everyone wants to get so technical with the macros and treat your body like its a machine but in reality its a living organism that changes overtime. Peoples make up are different.
