    i sent Dukkit one of my diet plans with much better foods on it and the calorie totals were between 1300-1500 eating 6 times a day, you should try that one

    after the gym i went to the TKD class and only people showed up for class was me and my lil girl,

    and for some reason I was all jacked with energy,
    like test kicking in after like weeks longer than expected or something

    But it's all love, and actually I really like Ruhl, we go back quite some time, I've just been moody with him lately because I try so hard to help him out with his social situation and I just wish he would take some of my advice so that he could be happy

    i so relate to that cause i was like that many years ago when i came within two weeks of a full blown wedding with the girl from Barcelona--and then she ran off with some dude...from Barcelona. when you get in that depression there's nothing you can do except let months pass.
