well yeah i know they're not that close...but i did take stacker 2 back in like 1998 when it did have ephedra and i used to take 4 nitro 2go's for like a year LOL...and i used to be a tweaker so we'll see lol

great man so far.... I have notice a difference on my belly already.... and my clothes does fit looser than before. I also like the fact that I can actually be a lil hungry by the time my meal comes... not like before where Iw ould be full and I would still have to eat the meal... I am just waiting for my Clen to arrive so I can use that in my routine....

I would like to have my house remodeled. I had a contractor in here and he tore down the doors and frames to my bedrooms and I fired him, because I never asked him to do that. He was being paid pretty dang good to, he was just lazy. So now my bedrooms don't have doors. I think he must have been on drugs

6 am 45 -60 min on the threadmill (cardio)

1- 1.5 hrs of weight lifting.
I go every day Mon- Fri
my main weight lifting routine is

Day1: chest, triceps, abs

Day2: back, biceps, calves

Day3: legs, shoulders, abs
