Nope, single here... right now I am really just focusing on myself right now... and on working out.... I am at the gym 5 nights a week and the weekends are for relaxing. I do talk to different people but that is about it.... I really dont think that I have the time nor want to be in a relationship right now because I will loose focus on my weight loss. Also when you go on dates and shit like that you tend to over eat and shit like that....
Also I am burn out on relationships right now.... I was with someone that ended up being an online whore and would be talking to different people online and setting up meetings and shit..... then the following day after I broke up with his he went with my close friend.... so yeah that was a harsh thing there..... So right now I am really burnt from it and I am still trying to work through that event.... If you're gonna supplement durring a time of weight loss I would say go with casein protein. Whey peaks in about 40 min and is done realeasing in about 1 hour. Casein makes like a gel in digestion and realeases for up to 7 hours and is a very good muscle sparing protein. It doesn't do a great deal for protein synthesis but durring weight loss you're trying to protect the muscle you have and it does it very well. Make sure you get what you pay for.

alright i'll see if they cassein where i'm going today. might just have to settle for whey if thats all they got LOL. w/e i'll just build as much muscle as i can now and then after this cycle i'm gonna cut. i've already been getting compliments on how much i've leaned out and how i'm starting to get the V LOL
