i used to be in pretty good shape years ago and then i let myself get like that. didn't care what i looked like and what i ate. well that caught up to me and now i'm having to work hard as fuk to reverse it. i wish i wouldn't have ever let myself go. the main reason was because i smoked weed all day everyday and well thats what she does and my roommate who is growing too
