    getting fat sucks, I did that after hurting my back...I still don't think my body fat is nearly as low as when I was rowing.

    I think tabs are easier to dose than liquid.

    It's much better tasting than the syrup version of rimonobant

    that stuff is awful, i have a full bottle of it in my fridge and thats where it will stay to waste away

    i got really fat after i cut my foot open about 1 1/2 years ago. my dumbass didn't go to the hospital to get stitches so it took like 6 months for it to heal. was on the bottom of my right heel. i couldn't walk at all for like 3 months so i just sat on my laptop and ate LOL

    next time stitch it yourself, I've done that before
    but yeah, same thing, I sat ate and drank beer
    Then I couldn't work out so I ate watched tv and went to parties
    I was at penn state at a friend's house and he mentioned something about it looking like I put on some weight...so I went up to use the bathroom scale...I think it said something like "one at a time please."

    I was eating something like 7 K cal a day when I was rowing and continued doing that when I wasn't...not good.
