Actually the egg sandwhich sounds pretty good... I might try it myself sometime on my cheat day.... so you fry the eggs your put the bread in the toaster and you just add some hot sauce and eat it right?

well i put some Smart BAlance O-mega light mayo and some mustard on the bread too. and then the eggs and maybe a lil cheese and then some hot sauce or salsa

oh and last night the guy that i usually workout with showed up, first time in like 1 1/2 weeks. and he's like holy shit you've lost some weight!!! said i looked 15 lbs lighter LOL

Congrats on that bro.... that is great..... my work out buddy has shown up every day that I tell her to do so.... even when she is tired from playing softball earlier that day and when she is bruised or she breaks a finger... she is a solider... and its showing I have her on the same diet that I am doing and the same workout routine that I am doing and she has lost 12 lbs so far... she beat me by 2 lbs. but that is because she is a lil more active than I am with her softball.

yeah man its been on my mind ALOT. she even said something about it again last night. well i need to finish remodeling the house here for my friends. i've already been payed on a lot of it so i gotta finish it. still gotta put in a new front door and finish the wood flooring and baseboard in the hallway. and then i gotta put a new shower in, new cabinet/countertop, tile flooring and all the little stuff. then i'm definately out for sure. some people might think i'm crazy for moving that far away for somebody i've never met in person but Fuk em, and i'm also doing it to start a new life for myself.
