Rough dude. The weight you drop when sick is probably all water and useless crap anyways, I wouldn't worry too much bout that. I'm the opposite though, I can bring my weight down/up pretty easily. 2005 I was 180, 2006 I was 215 (good 215), 2007 I was 280 (gross, didn't work out for a year), and now in 2008 I'm 235.

And yeah it's okay, my gym isn't really full of dedicated people like myself, it's like a mutt mixture of a girly health club and dingy weight dungeon. It's built like a hardcore gym, has an intense weightroom with lots of squat racks, a buttload of free weights and the full array of hammerstrength (hey, some of them are good) but they advertise it as a health club and there's a ladies only section....
But I guess it's good, it means I can get goot workouts in, and there's plenty of hot tail![]()
Yeah mex you should try a high protein moderate fat low carb diet (keto). Some on the board may not approve but it will work regardless of the opinions. I could send you info if you'd like
bro Im 309 lbs trust me my belly will not go down in a month. even on a low carb diet I tried it and I went down to 292 then went up to 309 again due to the amount of protein I was eating.
I tried that not eating diet and that just got me weaker but the belly and the weight was still there....

And while I may not be an expert Mex, if you have any questions on weight loss I might be able to help you. I dropped 65 pounds from November-May, while putting on muscle. It probably helped that before I gained the weight I was pretty built, but I learned a lot about how MY body worked, not sure if it's useful to you but it can be done man.
