I don't understand that, something wasn't right?? What about your exercise level, could you step that up then. Like cardio first thing in the morning then later on in the afternoon hit the weights then cardio afterwards. You have to burn more than you consume its simple you know this.

I'm the membership sales guy, and I do some other general stuff. So the fact I had interest in training at all was enough in that aspect. What actually got me the job was my experience as a salesman and my smooth talking abilities Haha, and I look like I work out. I kinda hit on the manager when I was applying too, 90% of the employees are female. Good times.

and that's probably why ethiopians are thin AND weak, oh well
have you had your thyroid checked (blood test) and do you snore loudly or stop breathing at night? (sleep apnea makes weight loss very difficult)

Yep week three on clen right now... weighted myself and I had gained the 10 LBs that I have lost when I was not on clen.

lucky...i'm thinking of spamming my CV+ a letter to all the cool gyms in the city where people just wanna get fit not big and freakish (Not to the west side barbell kind of gyms cos they'd laugh at me) those can't be more than 20 or so. Maybe i'm lucky. i have more knowledge in trainning than any trainner in my gym and sure in diet (cos they have no knowledge at all).

That is were you maybe going wrong. Are you also only doing cardio on the days you workout?? Do you have the chance to only go to the gym three times a week?? With only 3x a week you have 4 other days in the week that your not doing anything that could be productive in your goals. I had to step it up since I started, went from 4 days a week 45 minutes each time to 5 days a week an hour each time then 6 days a week 1.5 hours each time. I eventually realized if you wanna look like a top athlete or be in shape you have to train as such.
We are gonna get you to lose this weight.

Yeah thats what my momz keeps telling me that my body frame is thick either because when I was born I was heavy set.. I have pictures when I was small and I was always filled up not shunky but just filled up.. I was never a skinny skinny kid. I dont think my body is made to be 140 lbs and a pant size 28 I just dont see it in me. I can always feel my waist bone even though I have a belly still.
My body is becoming pretty much solid and at times defined as well. I just dont get it why the weight cant just drop down if my fat is droping.

Voland; Trust me, you'll find out you know more than anyone in the "fitness" clubs. The personal trainers here don't know anything, one of them orders pizza twice a week to his office and thought I was crazy when I told him I took creatine.

Mex; I don't know man, do you secretly wake up in the middle of the night and eat cake? Ha, just kidding. Except I actually discovered that for several weeks if I slept on my downstairs floor beside my kitchen, I would essentially "sleep eat" I would slab together haggard peanut butter sandwiches and other things while not really being aware, in the middle of my sleep. Messed up, eh?

That sounds familiar lol I think I took that already and thats how I was able to drop down from almost 350 that I was when I started down to 309.
That is to regular your sugar levels or something like that right? A friend of mine was given this diet that he didnt want to do... he was told that with that diet he would loose 30 lbs in one month.... well I did almost lost the 30 lbs in one month.... it did work....
I still have like two bottles of that stuff left. Its really cheap in MExico which is where I get it from

Yeah some people are like that. I could probably lean down a bit, but I carry my BF reasonably well and no one ever calls me fat. Some people look fat at 15%, others look huge. I know some other guys who are probably 12% and look pudgy, but I have a friend who was 400 lbs and now he's 240, probably 35% BF and looks pretty damn good. I suggest hitting the weights and if you are only exercising 3 days a week, up it man, get cardio in 5 days a week and hit the weights 3 of those. Not everyone needs a six pack, in fact I've always admired the bulkier guys with a shitload of muscle more then the overly ripped model type.

it increases sensitivity to insulin , so insulin levels don't spike so high; it can help even when sugars aren't high by lower insulin secretion
