No that was when I started and I did cardio every day even on my off gym days the only days I wouldnt do cardio would be on weekends.
Then I uped my gym days to 4-5 times a week and the routines got more intense... so I was hitting the gym everyday of the week leaving the weekends for rest I was doing that up until last week when I was really weak and didnt have any energy. So I took a few days off.

Dude, f*ck the scale. If you look good, who cares? If you don't look 300 pounds and look well built, then tell people you're 300 lbs they'll be scared haha. I was a 42 waist before, I hated it. Now I'm 36, I could maybe get to 34 but I'm just built like that. And even when I was 35% BF I could feel my hip bone. So don't fret it too much bro, just watch you shrink inside your clothing that's what matters!

+yeah i can feel my hip bone already and my legs are pretty much defined already.. I have been told I have pretty good calves at the gym too lol..
I really wouldnt care much bout my number scalre as long as my belly would just go down... I have noticed it reduced though so that is a good thing... I wear one of those sweat belts when I am doing my cardio and when I am weight lifting. I throw in some extra work and hit the sauna for about 10 mins just to make my body sweat more...

Nice man. Everyone has a sticking point for fat loss. For me it is stomach aswell, my ass and my breasticles. All of those are carrying fat still while most of the rest is vanishing pretty quick. Genetics dude.
Just keep working at it, your belly might be the last thing to go, but it WILL go. And hey, a bit of a gut isn't always terrible, if you rock it with pride haha, the strongman look never goes out of style

Yeah do 5 times a week training (cardio in the morning and after training) and get a good routine, I could help with that. Alot of the routines I've seen lately have such little amount of sets and exercises people wonder why they don't progress to a certain point. Don't listen to all that more isn't always better crap when it comes to training. Overtraining rarely happens and your body can handle more stress than you could possibly believe. Also on your days off still do one cardio session a day. So I'd think for you 5 days a week w/ cardio in the morning and after training then one 45 min cardio session on you days off with that keto diet I proposed and there is no way fat won't come pouring off you. If your doing it right you should lose 10 pounds of water in the first week

I think I'm going to go get my oil changed. Wednesday's are "Womens Day" and you get a cheaper price.

anyway, if you write up a good brain story but never learn to juggle, i cant see a prof damaging your grade that much...just say you have some mild congenital neurologic impairment in your cerebellar function or something

Yeah thanks for the words man it does get me up when I get advise....
Yeah that is true... I mean I didnt get a belly in a few months or a year... so I shouldnt expect that belly to go away in a few months or a year.
I get play even with me having a belly haha so yeah I do carry it with pride bro lol.

No problem dude. When you're feeling better try hitting the gym like Reed is saying, tailored to your schedule and needs of course, it will work wonders.
And EXACTLY, picture yourself right before you started to train and transform yourself. It took you X (I don't know how old you are ha) to get to that point, and it's only taken you X (I don't know how long you've been training for) to get where you are now, with good leg development, strength increases and toning up. Compare the two lengths of time, it feels good doesn't it? And just think if you keep increasing your effort, it will only get better man.

Mex: Alright just trying to help, sometimes you have to put aside what you like for a goal. This is all person dependant and I'm just throwing out suggestions. Hell if I could not be so focused on performance nutrition and just chill and still have the strength I got then I would BUT I can't. Sucks. Well if you ever need any help let me know I will do my best to get you to where you want to be.
Dukkit: No chapstick for me. I just stay lickin my lips like LL.
