no thats good. it means it prevents estrogen from aromatising into gyno pretty much

yea basically. but letro is known for the rebound affect. letro imo is the best AI, but because it does lower your estrogen so low, thats not always good. as we know. we need some estrogen. cuz it affects strength and such. so when you use letro you can actually lower your estro to much and then when you stop using letro.. it can make your estrogen rebound and go to high levels. which is not a good thing

i like to use a lesser AI like arimidex or aromisin during PCT cuz i want a decent amount of estrogen in me to help keep my strength and muscle. which estrogen is a hormone that affects those 2 things.

yea i use that alot. there have just been some studies that show when using nolva and arimidex together. the arimidex can lessen the affects of the nolva. but it still works
