its not hard at all for me... I rather drink my protein than eat it.... I like the fact that I dont have to pack all of my three meals for work now... I only packed one meal and the rest is the whey protein shake that is awsome.... also better for my momz since she is the one who packs the meals. I went for Turkey so I will be eating nothing but turkey....

Question am I able to eat any kind of veggies...? I know potatoes and corn are not in the good veggie list.

Not currently I won't but we will get you to eat it later. We will have a pro/veggie day in 5 weeks or so once we see how much you have lost. Its a tough diet, look into JuicePlus+ pills so you can make sure you get all your daily fruit and veggie needs

boring...i didn't do shit. had my ex calling me nonstop on saturday night begging me to come "hangout". told her i couldn't and she just kept calling every 10minutes for hours

Just follow the diet exactly thats all I can say. Everything is placed at certain spots during the day for a reason. Any additions would be considered cheating and not following your diet.

It sucks but the result will be worth it in the end. You might suffer for a while but once you get the weight down we will add in more things you like and more veggies as well
