I think timberland is more you type of physique Mex. Timberlands physiques looks fine to me. You could definitely get there sooner than later. Just focus on your goal and stay with it. Nothing to it

hmmm Well most of the sweat is done while working out. and I do tend to sweat a lot... the other day I was doing my 20 mins of cardio after working out and sweat was just dripping down like if I were full on wet and had the water just dripping down my arms. Then I follow that by 10 mins in the suana and there its also the same.

I only started to think of competing last year due to a pro bodybuilder telling me that I would do really well. So now I'm locked in

drinking more water actually decreases water retention because electrolytes are eliminated with the water. If your diet is low salt, don't do anything different. Keep drinking when you are thirsty, but don't force in water. Stay away from water pills.

btw mex, I know a fat chick who thought she found a miracle weight loss cure. EX-lax. I think she though she was just pooping out the extra cals. Basically she was walking around dehydrated though. She got a blood clot in her leg and spent much time in the hospital, and now even years later gets swelling in her leg due to poor blood flow if she stays on her feet too long.

I tried to talk her out of it, but she lost 15 or 20 pounds. Try telling a fat chick she is wrong when she is seeing the scale go down.
