    Not much. Just came from a sucky back-bis training i was running out of fuel...cos i had to go to the driving recycle classes. And i had to eat a white bread tuna sandwich. There was no water in the gym today. So i was fuking thristy all the trining i though i was gonna die dehidrated...

    not sure about that, guess only work 3.5 instead of 5 but he took away mondays so thats less food you have to buy
