ok, i'm doing the energy minus caffeine along with eca first thing in the morning, then one hour before workout i take eca then mix energy and creatine mix up and drink from 30 min out up until i hit the gym then mix creatine and protein for pwo shake... the first day the creatine had my triceps noticibly swollen.

yeah i feel geeked from the energy drink haha also i started doing my garilla cardio last week and i swear i have gained weight since i started, look fluffy haha and its not due to a sudden increase in cardio because i was running 3 miles a 4 times a week before i started the wind sprints. think my body is holding on to water just because it is something new and brutal???
