yeah it was an alright workout. it sucks that all my friends that were all into working out just quit. so now i workout by myself and never have a spotter for benchso pretty much i can't max out or do negatives so i don't get as good of a workout as i could if i had a spotter. so i just do alot of reps

And Skully, I feel your pain. I've had about 3 different friends start working out with me, and then quit. They all made good progress too for 3/4 months, packed on size, then quit and just party. So I'm a loner.
I have a friend who's bigger than me and is super serious about it but we're locked in to contracts at different gyms.

yeah it sucks when people just quit even when they're making good progress. shit the guys i started working out with started before me and were all into it. then girls came along and you know the story on that. pus*y whipped bitcheshopefully when i get to New York and find a good gym i'll meet some cool people to workout with. probably better odds of keeping a workout partner if they're already at the gym when i meet them LOL. i'm hoping to get down to 240 by the time i get there...thats 68 days. think it's possible?

alright JD let me make it stupid simple for you, how I brew pellets if I didn't like crystal better.
smash the pellets up with a mortar and pestel to a fine powder
put the powder in a mixing bottle
add bb/ba and let the powder sit in it and swirl once in awhile for a few hours
add all the oil, mix well, warm up the oil ba/bb/tren mix to maybe 150 degrees
pour it through a coffee filter, ring out the coffee filter, throw out the gunk and the coffee filter.
the oil/tren/ba/bb mix should now be mostly free of binders
filter into a sterile sealed vial
