BB flat, thats what im starting with today.

I usually start my chest routine with BB incline, then DB flat, then Incline flyes, cables, then finish with dips and that leads into Tri's.

Naw I use BB for incline. I just find the flat BB aggrevates my shoulder joints, and I've really been focusing on my upper chest lately to try to cure a lifelong case of saggy tits.

today is flat bb, decline flies, then lat raises, then tricep pulldowns, seated DB shrugs, and abs.

good stuff. the adjunct facult at my university has a national meeting next week so i have a meeting and a class on monday, then i'm done for teh whole week.

except I am taking an entrance exam for graduate school on friday... but i am about as ready as im going to be.

Good call, I mix it up aswell, it depends on which gym I'm at (I work at one and have another membership elsewhere for variety) when chest day rolls around. They both have different gear. I try to really focus on upper chest right now and it's helping immensely.

my chest genetics arent good at all. my shoulders and tris are much larger. so ive been attacking declines because i was told it can help guys like me, takes the shoulders out of the lift. and yeah i also go to two gyms. i'm going to the dungeon today with my cage fighting friend.

got my ass kicked by a whole frat once...that sucked...then a girl poured beer on me so I threw the can at her and it bounced off her head, then she scratched my face up...that was just insult to injury.

That's awesome. I've only been beaten up once, I was in a club and completely annihilated. It was a friends birthday, I drank just shy of a 26 oz bottle of vodka, shotgunned some beers and was maybe or maybe not under the influence of some "party drugs". I could barely lift my arms up, to say the least. And some douchebag sucker punches me out of nowhere, never seen him before in my life. APPARENTLY (I blacked out right away due to my barely alive entoxication level) he rapid fire punched me like 30 times, then threw me to the ground, then 8 of his big drug dealer friends kicked me repeatedly, one of my friends tried to help and he got beat even worse.


It was actually pretty funny, I wasn't really conscious for any of it.

Thats funny Kratos I threw a unopened beer one time at someone and broke a bone at least thats what someone told me. DOn't know which one but it bounced off his chest and he fell to the ground. maybe his sternum
