    I use to take like crazy doses of dexadrine and stay up all night to study...I don't suggest this method amorphic, but it was the only way my add self could get through a dual science major.

    I had a script, it's what pilots take in the military to stay up all night on missions. But it is a strong add/narcolepsy med. I don't take anymore but for school it kept me on task.

    I just cooked myself a kilo of sweet potatoes (made a potato mash) 600g of beef and onions with brocoli .. man it's like 2 kilos now.. all in 2 meals
