There are two gyms to choose from where I live: the cheap one and the not cheap one. The cheap one is overrun with high school kids grunting and terrible form. I checked it out and was amazed they expected me to pay to go there. They should be offering to pay me. The expensive gym is yuppie land. More tennis and steamrooms with a team of on-site massage therapists. On the bright side, it's a much more mature crowd with nicer equipment.

yeah the powerlifting gym is free, its sweet ass i went and did arms and abs last night by my self in a dim lit basement listing to some hard core rock on xm radio it was pretty cool

have you tryed a wrist wrap? like powerlifters use, i have one thats 24" long and you can wrap that shit up so tight that 400+ lbs feels like 225 there nice man and cheap
